MURIEL SARROUF

Founder & President

​​Muriel is the Founder and President of Boukra, where she oversees strategic planning & development. Beit Jeddé is part of her very personal heritage since the house was built by her great-grandfather.
​She is also a Lecturer in International Economic Law (USJ), an avid traveler & passionate foodie.

RAQUEL RAMADAN

Co-founder & CFO

​Raquel is the cofounder and CFO of Boukra. She oversees all legal, administrative and financial aspects of Boukra.
A lawyer in real life, she puts her talent for numbers and organization at the service of the greater good, while actively contributing to the shaping and implementation of Boukra's projects.

NOUHAD TOUMA

Project Manager - Beit Jeddé

Nouhad manages all things related to Beit Jeddé.
​A true multitasker, she oversees the operations of our community center and mouneh boutique, liaises with the local producers, represents us on local markets, while also being the most generous and welcoming host you will ever meet. ​​
